Sahara headquartered in Amman- Jordan, has been providing Jordanian industrial, commercial and institutional customers with cost-effective civil and steel construction services for over 30 years. In addition to our construction skills our services include the supply of towers and steel buildings.
The company was founded in June 1993 by Sami Y. Madros and Ziad S. Madros. Mr. Sami Madros is the director and holds a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering since 1966, while his partner holds a Masters degree in Financial Management and Economics since 1992
The senior partner has been involved during his previous assignments with all kinds of projects namely, buildings, dams, highways, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, tunnels, telecommunication and transmission towers and steel structures.
Capital
The company has a paid - up capital in excess of 300,000 Jordan Dinars, namely as J.D. 150,000 working capital, plus J.D. 150,000 in assets (equipment, vehicles and tools).
Registration & Classification
The company is registered with the Ministry and of Trade and Commerce under No. 33373.
The company is also registered with the Jordanian Contracting Association under No. 1967.
Furthermore, the company is classified with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in Grade "2" Civil Works under No. 1119.
Sahara is a certified builder for Zamil Steel in Jordan.
